DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days for standard delivery. OR Please allow up to 7 working days for Standard delivery We ship vases to most countries worldwide – please add your items to cart and enter your address for a comprehensive rate.
All deliveries are made with courier DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number; you can follow the progress of your delivery on the DHL website using your unique tracking number. Timed deliveries are not available.
In the event of a delay by the courier, we are unable to offer a refund or resend your delivery. We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, we cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of our control.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
A fast efficient service is our aim, so you can shop easily from home or on the move. Should you need any help please ring our customer service team - they are available Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
UK Special Delivery (Next Working Day)
We offer a next day delivery service for an extra charge. We will despatch your order to arrive the next working day. This service is for UK mainland only (excluding a Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery). This offer is only available for UK orders placed before 12 noon.
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders will be sent within 1-3 business days from your date of purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for Standard delivery
Deliveries to mainland Europe may take up to 10 working days.
International Shipments
Please note the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. If you have any questions or problems during check out, please email sales@gertrudejekylldesigns.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Amendments and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address, or for any other modifications, please email us promptly. We cannot amend or cancel your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to delivery, so where we can’t, we won’t risk disappointing you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. If you package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to liaise with the carrier, however, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@gertrudejekylldesigns.com within 3 days of receiving, with your order number and photographic evidence.
